Fees and Forms

Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash, checks, Cash App, Zelle, and Venmo accepted.

I am no longer an “in-network“ provider with any insurance companies, including BCBS.

However, I can provide an insurance form for reimbursement as an “out of network” provider, if needed. Many insurance companies will cover out-of-network providers at a reduced reimbursement rate; some will pay 50-80% after your deductible is met. I encourage you to contact your insurance company to see what benefits your specific plan provides.

Fees:

• Individual: $185.00 (55-60 minute session)
• Couples & Families: $195.00 (55-60 minute session)
• Consulting | Mediation: $250 per hour
